Kelli McDaniel serves as the Program Assistant for ACHE CVHEG and is an emerging leader in healthcare operations. She earned her undergraduate degree in Health Services Administration from James Madison University and is currently pursuing her Master of Health Administration at Virginia Commonwealth University.
Kelli began her journey in healthcare through an internship with the Bon Secours Richmond market, which sparked her interest in healthcare administration. She then gained valuable experience supporting the Associate Chief of Perioperative Services at UVA Health, where she developed a strong interest in department operations and process improvement. She currently serves as an Administrative Intern for the VCU Health Department of Surgery, further building her expertise within academic health systems. Kelli is passionate about advancing operational excellence and leadership in healthcare.
