    Description

    This panel will focus on the nuts and bolts of career planning from the perspective of women in healthcare. It will explore steps an individual should take within her organization and in the surrounding community to reach the next level in her career. The program will begin with brief opening remarks by the moderator, followed by 60 minute panel discussion. The program will conclude with 20-30 minutes to answer questions from the audience. We highly encourage men to attend this event in the support and engagement of female leaders within your organization.
